The project will deliver a pilot demonstration fleet of electric three-wheelers in Sialkot city, targeted at women passengers. To ensure the maximum degree of involvement by private sector e-vehicle fleet procurement and ownership, a public-private partnership (PPP) model will be explored and developed. Specific tasks are constituted by the following: – oversee the procurement of e-vehicles deployed; – review e-vehicle technical specifications; – support driver and maintenance training programs; – define operational and business plans.
