On the basis of the objectives and main actions identified by the National Strategy, the project focuses on specific legal, financial and socio-economic aspects influencing the development of electric mobility in Angola, such as regulatory framework, incentives and subsidies, public and private investments and cooperation. The overall objective is to empower the National Strategy to achive its  targets and overall scope by outlining effective approaches to implementation.
